The Nsombik Group, founded in 2018, is a diversified group of businesses in construction, cleaning, projects and trading in South Africa. From inception, the group has grown in clients, projects, employees, and influence, delivering a unique service in all its engagements. The Nsombik Group is a wholly owned black South Africa company, registered as Nsombik Trading & Projects (Pty) Ltd. The Nsombik Group comprises three main business units - Nsombik Construction, Nsombik Cleaning Services, and Nsombik Trading & Projects.
The Nsombik Group was founded by Masango Goqa, a construction professional, who change his fortune by being bold enough to start a business in a competitive industry, and grow it. Masango Goqa comes with "on the ground" experience in production processes, project management, archiecture, construction and facilities management, gained from his career, from humble beginnings. He has served in different capacities in institutions and companies that include City Power, Unilever, Bidvest, Clicks, and Checkers. The Nsombik Group has grown under his leadership because of his unique management style that is centred on inclusivity and togetherness.
